Super-Choose Uterine Artery Embolization Treatment Reproductive Period Uterine Fibroids Clinical Analysis

Objective To discuss SCUAE(super-choose uterine artery embolization)treatment adenomyosis clinical and complications.Thus for the young patients of adenomyosis who in reproductive period provide a safe and effective,low side effects of treatment..Methods 50 cases of female adenomyosis patients who want to remain uterine were taken SCUAE(super-choose uterine arteria embolism) for treatment in our-hospital.Observation and comparison the changes of dysmenorrhea,menstruation,ovarian volume recovery and clinical hormone of patients before and after the treatment period,All data statistics analysed by using statistical software SPSS13.0.Measurement datas using t-test.Results Following-up two years after treatment,all patients have the ease of dysmenorrheal(P＜0.01),the reduce of menorrhea(P＜0.01), reduce the average size of utrine(P＜0.01)and the lower complication. Following-up patients accepted uterine artery embolization after 3 months,6 months,1 year,2 years,Dysmenorrhea ease with efficient 100%,P＜0.01 significant difference,No obvious changes in menstrual cycle,P＞0.05.The shorter period,compared with the preoperative decrease,P＜0.01,Uterine smaller,compared with the preoperative,P＜0.01,significant difference, With the more significant drop of numerical CA125 than preoperatively,P＜0.01,The female hormone,ovarian volume and follicular quantity have no siginificant changes,no evident of early into the menopausal evidence, prepared with preoperative,P＞0.05.Conclusion SCUAE(super-choose uterine arteria embolism) treatment adenomyosis of reproductive period can lessen dysmenorrheal, reducen of menorrhea and the average size of utrine,retain the uterine completeness of strcture and original organ function,is a safe,mini-trauma and effective treatment methods.
