Objective:To research the subtypes of HPV detectional rate and distribution in healthy male and CA lesions or pubic hair follicle in patient with CA.So that to understand the haelthy situation of people who carry HPV and the relationship between HPV subtypes and clinical. Methods:DNA isolated from the specimen of hairs and skin lesions of patient with CA were detected by PCR as well as the specimen from healthy male and the data was analyzed by chi-square criterion or u test.Result:The detectional rate of the hair follicles from healthy male is 17.51% (23/122) among which of HPV6 is 13.11%and HPV11 is 4.09%,one patient is found HPV6 and HPV11 at the same time. The subtypes of HPV6 and HPV11 are predominant in both hairs and skin lesions specimen and the prevalence in lesions are more higher than in hairs. The difference of subtype between two groups was not significant(X~2= 0.0525<3.841,P>0.05).Conclusion:HPV6 and HPV11 are related to recurrence of CA.We can detect the HPV by PCR to understand the prevalence of HPV subtypes. The prevalence of HPV6 and 11 have no statistical significance between healthy male and patient(X2=0.4083< 3.841,P>0.05).And certain healthy male pubic hairs contain HPV6 and 11 as well as in patient with CA.
