The Related Study Of Early Enlargement Of Hematoma In Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage And Bleeding Site,Hematoma Shape,Hematoma Volume, Such As Factors

Objective:To study the relation of the early enlargement of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the bleeding site,hematoma shape,hematoma volume,such as factors.Methods:According to the results of head CT to determine the bleeding site,hematoma shape and calculate the hematoma volume.Using test to comparatively analyze the relation of early enlargement of hematoma and bleeding sites,hematoma shape and hematoma volume,such as factors.Results:(1) The incidence of hematoma enlargement and bleeding site is no significant difference(x~2=0.129,P＞0.05);The incidence of hematoma enlargement in basal ganglia breaking into the ventricle or the lateral fissure is significantly higher than the one no breaking(x~2=4.542,P＜0.05);(2) The incidence of hematoma enlargement being irregular-shaped is significantly higher than the one being regular-shaped(x~2=8.441,P＜ 0.05);(3) The incidence of hematoma enlargement being more hemorrhage volume is significantly higher than the less hemorrhage volume (x~2=23.392,P＜0.05).Conclusion:(1) The early enlargement of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is common.The incidence of hematoma enlargement within 24-hour in all hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage account for about one-third(35.48%).(2) The hematoma of hypertensive cerebral in basal ganglia breaking into the ventricle or the lateral fissure is easier expansion than the one no breaking;(3) The hematoma of hypertensive cerebral being irregular-shaped is easier expansion than the one being regular-shaped;(4) The hematoma of more hemorrhage volume(≥30ml) in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is easier expansion than the less one(＜30ml).With the increase of hematoma volume the rate of hematoma enlargement is an upward trend.
