Objective: This article detected the expression of Perlecan by immunohistochemistry and explore Perlecan in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and normal ovarian tissue differences in expression. And the adoption of survival analysis to observe Perlecan whether to become epithelial ovarian cancer prognostic factors. Methods: the expression of Perlecan for epithelial ovarian cancer 44 cases, epithelial ovarian tumor of 19 cases and 10 cases of normal ovarian Tissue Through immunohistochemical Determination.Result: Perlecan in the normal ovarian tissue no expression, whereas in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those of benign cystadenoma of the expression. The high expression of perlecan were significantly higher early group than in late group (P = 0.048). Perlecan with lymph node metastasis group expression was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P = 0.012); Perlecan in advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that of early cancer (P = 0.031), single factor analysis , Perlecan expression in patients with high median survival time was significantly lower than the low expression group (P = 0.040).Conclusions: Perlecan plays an important role in epithelial ovarian tumor metastasis and infiltration.
