The continuous high workload will lead to the sleep deprivation and brain fatigue of the soldiers on the future battlefield. The method of quick recovery from fatigue for increasing the battle efficiency has become the one of the most important research directions in the domain of military medicine.In this paper, progress of study on sleep deprivation and fatigue restoration was summarized. The research on the effects of physical factors (magnetic field, music and oxygen treatment) for the fatigue recovery after the sleep deprivation, based on the EEG analysis and processing method, was made by combining analysis of muscle fatigue and cumulative muscle fatigue. The results demonstrate that the approximate entropy of EEG will increase with the reduction of the fatigue degree, which probably provides new ideas for the quantitative analysis of the brain fatigue degree.The studies were just as following aspects:1. Summarized the research work at home and abroad related, described the formation mechanism, physiological characteristics, detection methods and principles of multi-channel sleep detection of the EEG which lay a good foundation for signal feature extraction of the EEG.2. Discussed a variety of modern processing methods of EEG, focused on time-frequency domain wavelet transform theory in EEG de-noising and feature extraction application.3. Designed and developed experiment on the effects of different physical factors on EEG of the subjects with sleep deprivation, based on the EEG analysis after SD. The "golden standard" EEG diagnosis was used to establish 48 hours'sleep deprivation model. The music, the magnetic field and hyperbaric oxygen are used to intervene the subjects, combining with the Kc complexity and approximate entropy analysis, the effects on the fatigue recovery after the sleep deprivation were researched.Some innovations in this paper were summarized as follows:1. The paper firstly selected three physical factors including the music speech induced, magnetic field, and oxygen-increasing interventions to study the normal 48 hours sleep deprivation in recovering from fatigue.2. Comparing with the Kc complexity, approximate entropy had a better result area indexing and consistency as well as good anti-noise and anti-interference ability. Therefore, it may provide a relatively good index for the nonlinear dynamics of the brain and become a better idea for the study on the non-linear dynamics of the brain.
