ObjectiveCompared with Angiocardiography,to explore the diagnostic value of radial strain,circumferential strain,longitudinal strain and rotation in abnormal regional wall motion.MethodsEchocardiograna were performed in myocardial ischemia group(stenosis of coronary artery beteew 75-90%),myocardial infarction group(stenosis of coronary artery exceed 90%)and 30 normal controls.Stored the images in the hard ware, measured the radial strain,circumferential strain,longitudinal strain and rotation of those. Compared the results with angiocardiography,to calculus the sensitivity,specificity,predictie alue positie and predictie alue negatie.ResultsLongitudinal strain of normal myocardium enhanced in deferent levels( MV>PM>AM);Radial strain enhanced in deferent levels( PM>MV>AV), But no obviously enhanced in deferent segments of the same level. Circumferential strain enhanced in deferent levels(AM>PM>MV).Longitudinal strain and radial strain of myocardial ischemia group,myocardial infarction group is obviously lower than normal control group. circumferential strain and rotation of myocardial infarction group is obviously lower than normal control group. Compared with normal control group,circumferential strain and rotation of myocardial ischemia group is no significant difference.The diagnose sensitivity of radial strain to abnornal regional wall motion is 55%,the specificity is 79.8%,the predictie alue positie is 71.0%,the predictie alue negatie is 65.7%. The diagnose sensitivity of circumferential strain to abnornal regional wall motion is 52.1%,the specificity is 78.0%,the predictie alue positie is 69.3%,the predictie alue negatie is 63.0%.The diagnose sensitivity of longitudinal strain to abnornal regional wall motion is 48.6%,the specificity is 75.9%,the predictie alue positie is 64.7%,the predictie alue negatie is 61.4%. The diagnose sensitivity of rotation to abnornal regional wall motion is 60%,the specificity is 83.3%,the predictie alue positie is 77.5%,the predictie alue negatie is 68.6%.ConclutionThe speckle tracking echocardiography could be easier and more accuracy for assessing LV systolic function and abnormal regional wall motion. Results of the sensitivity,specificity,predictie alue positie and predictie alue negatie were longitudinal strain> radial strain > circumferential strain > rotation of those.
