[objective]To analyse the onset charecteristics,clinical charecteristics,and perioperative treatment of gynecologic neoplasmas in senile women.[method]To make retrospetive analyses over the clinical data of 147 aged female patients(aging over 60) of gynecological tumor who were recieved by this hospital from July 1st,2002 toJuly 31st,2007[results]:1,The onset charecteristics of gynecologic neoplasmas in senile women:The 147 senile women of gynecologic neoplasmas occpied 71.35%of contemporaneous elderly female inpatients of gynecologic disease(147/206);accounted for 4.62%of contemporaneous gynecologic neoplasmas patients(147/3182),and occpied 5.57%of contemporaneous elderly female inpatients of tumor(147/2639);There were 77 malignant tumor patients,occpying 52.38%.So we can tell the incidence is much higher than that of young adult women,which is 18.23%;The average age of all these patients was 67.45.The peak age of onset was 60-69。2,The clinical charecteristics of gynecologic neoplasmas in senile women:The main symptoms were postmenopausal vaginal bleeding and abdominal mass.Among the malignant tumors,ovarian cancer can be often seen,cervical cancer and endometrial cancer were secongdary.But benign ovarian tumor were prominent among benign tumors,then hysteromyoma;On the staging of malignant tumor,terminal illness of ovarian cancer is commom,early-stage cancer of cervical cancer and endometrial cancer are common.3:The perioperative treatment:Operation is the main Treatment of gynecologic neoplasmas in senile women,124 of all the 147 patients accepted operation,with an operating rate of 84.35%;(2) 82 of all the 147 patients had complication before operation,occping 67.24%. And the complication were mainly cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus;47 patients ocurred complications,occpied 37.90%,no death cases.[conclusion]The incidence of malignant gynecological tumors is high in elderly females.Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding is a dangerous sign of malignant tumors,which should be paid attention to.And prevention and early treatment is suggested.Operation is an important way of treatment for elderly females ' gynecological tumors,and meanwhile high possiblities of complications monitoring and treatment during perioperative period is important.
