Clinical Analysis Of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy In The Treatment Of Severe Acute Renal Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and influence on prognosis of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in patients with severe acute renal failure(ARF).Methods For 2008-2009 in our hospital PICU treatment of acute renal failure(ARF) in patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) treatment of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.During continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) K~+,BUN,Cr concentrations in blood as well as blood gases analysis and PT,APTT were performed.To observe clinical symptoms and vital signs.Results After continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),average blood urea nitrogen decreased from(33.02±24.1)mmol/L to(14.77±9.3) mmol/L,average blood creatinine decreased from(289.46±191.69) mmol/L to(151.75±142.51) mmol/L.It have significant differences(P＜0.05).With stable life index,electrolyte imbalance corrected,maintaining acid-base balance,no significant change of PT,APTT.Five of 10 patients cured,two automatically discharged,two died,and one replaced hospital.Conclusion Treatment with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) on patients with severe ARF is helpful to stabilize hemodynamics,eliminate the solute,and eliminate inflammation response,is a fast and effective treatment.Prognosis of the disease was decided by itself.but It can improve survival rate,gain time for the treatment of primary disease.
