The Study Of The Action Mechanism Of Oleum Fructus Bruceas Nanoemulsion On Erosion Esophagitis Rat Model

ObjectiveIt is to observe the effect of oleum fructus bruceas Nanoemulsion on erosion esophagitis rat model and to discuss the action mechanism.MethodsThe 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups.The Chinese medicine group has ten rats,the western medicine group has ten rats,the model group has ten rats,the sham operation group has ten rats.The Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group and the model group were made with anastomoses esophagus and duodenum,the sham group were artificial operation。They were treated with different medicine at the eight days after operation,the Chinese medicine group had been gived,oleum fructus bruceas Nanoemulsion(2ml/kg),the western medicine group had been gived Phosgeal(2ml/kg),the model group had been gived physiological saline,the sham operation group had been gived food and water freedomly, successive medication seven days.At the 15th days after operation,we executed the all rats and took the esophagus tissues,observed the pathology morphologic change of mucous membrane of the rats' esophagus and blood plasma concentration of nitric oxide and epidermal growth factor.Acquired mean data were expressed by x±s and we used independent-samples t test.Resultsthe pathological change:In the rats of the sham operation group,we observed that mucous membrane of esophagus were integrity,smooth and glossy,white color. In the model group,we observed that mucous membrane of esophagus were redness, punctiform or strip,even to showing up erosion or ulceration.The mucous membrane of esophagus in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were similar as that of the sham operation group.The nitric oxide and epidermal growth factor concentrations of the rats' blood plasma in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were significantly different with that in model group(P<0.05).Conclusionoleum fructus bruceas Nanoemulsion can improve the esophageal mucosa pathological condition of erosion esophagitis rat models.The action mechanism maybe is that the nitric oxide concentration of blood plasma of the rat model is reduced, epidermal growth factor concentration of blood plasma of the rat model is improved. Oleum fructus bruceas Nanoemulsion play a protect role on erosion esophagitis rat models.
