The Research Of Fast Inserting Double Shenmen Points In Acupuncture Needle In Treating Insomnia

Objective:This test passes a clinical research ,the main observation on curative effect of fast inserting double shenmen pionts with acupuncture needle in treating insomnia which caused by the deficiency of the spleen and heart organ ,to improve sleep quality in patients with insomnia,to provide an objective clinical basis for the system of acupuncture and moxibusition treatment of insomnia. Method: 60 cases were selected, those all belonged to insomnia which caused by the deficiency of the spleen and heart organ.They were randomly divided into two groups,called therapeutic group and constradistinctive group,each group contains 30 cases.Therapeutic group adopted fast inserting double shenmen pionts with acupuncture needle to treat insomnia,while contradistinctive group takes the Chinese herbs guipi-pills to treat insomnia.Comparing scores of Chinese medicine symptoms and PSQI rating scale after treatment with them before treatment. Result:Fast inserting double shenmen pionts with acupuncture needle to treat insomnia has remarkable curative effect than the method of taking herbs,and its grading marks in symptom and diagram overwhelms the contradistinctive group(P <0.05). Conclusion:Through the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms and PSQI rating scale to reduse indicate that curative effect of fast inserting double shenmen pionts with acupuncture needle in treating insomnia,provide a new way of thinking and methods for the treatment of insomnia that caused by the deficiency of the spleen and heart organ.
