Clinical Study On Theorem Of Clearing Heat And Excreting Damp Curing Seborrheic Dermatitis (Gastrointestinal Dampness And Heat)

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment on seborrheic dermatitis(gastrointestinal dampness and heat) by theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp.Methods Sixty cases of seborrheic dermatitis(gastrointestinal dampness and heat)according to inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all thirty cases.The treatment group was treated with decoction of Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with oral Capsule Viaminati.Symptom scores of macules,scales,oils and fats,erosion exudation and alopecia,itching of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Symptom scores reduce index(SSRI) changes of all symptoms was observed after treatment.Results①The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%. The control group was 66.67%.Two effects have significant difference (P＜0.05).②The total symptom scores of two group have significant difference(P＜0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.③The symptom scores of macules,scales,itching in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment compared with the control group after treatment.There was a significant difference(P＜0.05),while symptom scores of oils and fats,erosion exudation and alopecia of two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion①Improving symptoms was better in decoction of Chinese medicine group compared with Westen medicine group.②Theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp is the effective theorem for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis(gastrointestinal dampness and heat).
