The Clinical Study Of Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qiinvigorating Spleen And Clearing Heat And Promoting Dampness Method Treatment's Effect On The Type-B Ultrasonic In The Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

Purpose:To observe dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating spleen and clearing heat and promoting dampness method treatment's effect on the type-B ultrasonic in the non-alcoholic steatohepatitis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency dampness-heat stagnanting.Method:80 cases of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency dampness-heat stagnanting were randomized into two groups.The basic treatment of two groups is same.40 cases of experimental group use dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating spleen and clearing heat and promoting dampness method,while 40 cases of the control group take the Dongbao Gantai tablets.The period of two groups was eight weeks.Observing the change of the type-B ultrasonic between the two groups.Result:After the treatment,the excellence rate of the type-B ultrasonicr is 28.95percent in the experimental group,while 25.64percent in the control group,there is no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).the total effect of the type-B ultrasonic is68.42 percent in the experimental group,while 66.67percent in the control group,there is no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The method of dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating spleen and clearing heat and promoting dampness can improve the type-B ultrasonic.The clinical study is good safety.
