Observing The Curative Effcte Of The Traditional Chinese Herb Medicine Yiqiwenyangqiangxin Decoction On The Disease Of Congestive Heart Failure And Hormone Of Thyroid Gland

Objective:To observe the cardiac soup Yiqi Wenyang the treatment of chronic heart failure clinical efficacy.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group,two groups of heart failure are the use of anti-western medicine treatment,the basis for the continued use of medication treatment, the application of the treatment group in the conventional western medicine treatment based on the cardiac service Yiqi Wenyang soup,two weeks into a course of treatment,and then proceed to assess clinical efficacy.Laboratory examination of blood,urine,then conventionnal, liver and kidney functions as a safety indicator,observation and analysis of the two groups before and after treatment of TCM Syndrome points,clinical symptoms and clinical cardiac function,the detection of serum thyroid hormones before and after treatment content.Results:After treatment,two group of cardiac function,clinical symptoms,EF,T3,FT3,LVDD have significantly improve(P＜0.05);two groups of cardiac function,LVDD improvement was no significant difference();treatment group on the EF,T3,FT3,improvement than the control group();Chinese medicine treatment group than control group,symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion:Cardiac Onyang Yiqi Decoction on chronic heart failure have some clinical efficacy,toxicity and no significant side effects.Yiqi Wenyang service plus soup can improve cardiac Doppler echocardiography cardiac function,the tips of their left ventricular ejection fraction can be improved;in patients with heart failure can improve the level of thyroid function.Treatment with conventional Western medicine synergy,not only can enhance the efficacy,improve cardiac function,and can quickly stabilize the patient's condition to improve in patients with better exercise tolerance and quality of life.
