Ojective:To develop a new kind of effective treatment for the nontraumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head。To evaluate the preliminary clinical effect of autogenous morselizecl Bone and zhong yao delivery stystem。Methods:the total 40 cases of non-traumatic osteo-necrosis of the femoral head treated with core decompression combined with bone and core decompression combined with autogenous morselizecl bone and zhong yao delivery stystem.compared to evaluate the efficacy of core decompression combined with autogenous morselizecl bone and zhong yao delivery stystem,afterthe outcome were determined by the general status,clinical symptoms,the function changes of hip joints,progression inradiographic and score'changes through two treatmentsResults:1.After one months'treatment,the scores change of the core decompression combined with autogenous morselizecl bone and zhong yao delivery stystem group is pain:8.13±2.00,joint movement:2.75±2.16,and the core decompression combined with bone group is pain:5.10±2.17。joint movement:1.50±1.68。There were signacicant differences between the two groups in the rate of scores improvement.2.After one year treatment,the scores change of the core decompression combined with autogenous morselizecl bone and zhong yao delivery stystem group is pain:12.34±5.47,joint movement:4.50±1.56,alive ability: 7.53±3.36,walk distance:2.18±2.32。And the core decompression combined with bone group is pain:12.21±5.10,joint movement:4.41±1.78,alive ability:7.37±3.79,walk distance:2.09±2.82。There were not signacicant differences between the two groups in the statics process。Conclusion:core decompression combined with autogenous morselizecl bone and zhong yao delivery stystem is better in the forepart。There were not signacicant differences through long-time investigation.
