The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study Of Acute Upper Respiratory Infection In Children In Modern Times

Objective: To explore the clinical therapia rules about AURI by collating the modern literature.Methods: This study searches related literatures of AURI since the founding of New China and summary the contents of the literature.With the computer technology, a database of recipes and herbs was found.The thesis analyzes the modern TCM therapia rule from the view point of frequency analysis,factor analysis and collection analysis;analyzes and discusses holistically the disease's order of recipe and herbs,syndromes and treatment and order of herbs compatibility.Results: This study analyses the literitures of modern Chinese medicine treatment of AURI and summarizes the pathological characteristics of this disease:the spleen and lung of childen are weak and when they catch a cold it always combines other syndromes,and becomes heat syndrome,and changes quickly.The ideas and methods of clinic theropy of this disease:if the evils are in the table, we should use diaphoresis to dispel it;if the patients appear asthenia syndrome,we should invigorate them,or if they appear sthenia syndrome,we should eliminate pathogenic factors;if the condition is accute,we should treat the symptom,if the condition is chronic,we should treat the essence.These are theropeutic principles.The basic method is dispel the wind evil and relive the exterior.According different conbined syndrome,we could use methods like clearing away heat to remove toxin or removing water to resolving phlegm or quench wind to clam or promoting digestion to eliminate food retention.And the theropeutic combination of TCM and Moden medicine is an effective method.Conclusion:The clinical therapia rules about AURI can be found by collating and analyzing the modern literature,using the statistics method such as frequency analysis, factor analysis and collection analysis.These supply new study ideas for clinic and scientific research henceforth.
