The brain is centrum of thinking and controlling, which has the complex structure, many nerve and blood vessel. The technique of imaging on the brain as non-invasion measure, which can research on brain carefully based on unimpaired people, is effective method of science on brain, having exerted important effect on clinical diagnoses and science research. The technique of brain image basing on statistical operation can extract the information of reflecting structure character and function mechanism from original image, and help us to construct precise model of structure and function, exploring deep-seated secret of the brain.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is a powerful imaging technique of brain imaging, provides very high spatial resolution, and plays an important role in medical image, so the image analysis technic of MRI is much. Based on existing technique, in this thesis, we have studied MRI of Alzheimer disease(AD) and congenitally deaf(CD), and found the difference between them and regular people, exploring the nosogenetic mechanism. Data of AD used in the preparation of this article were obtained from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) database (www.loni.ucla.edu\ADNI). As such, the investigators within the ADNI contributed to the design and implementation of ADNI and provided data but did not participate in analysis or writing of this report. Data of CD come from institute of automation Chinese academy of sciences.After studying some MRI samples of AD and CD, we have found that the thinning of cortical thickness is starting from particular brain region-the default mode network, the region of thinning is extending and degree of thinning is sharpening as state of an illness aggravating; that brain white matter of CD appears abnormal on superior temporal gyrus(STG), this structure abnormity is formed by absence of sound stimulation.
