Objective: To study the correlativity between expression of Cyclin E in breast cancer and invasion of primary breast cancer cells and exploring its signficance with clinical progonosis.Methods: Part one: 1cm3 of the breast cancer tissue were got from operation of germ free condition, prepareing breast cancer cells suspension of origin generation, and detecting the expression level of CyclinE by immunofluorescent technique respectively; These cancer cells of origin generation were detected invasion capability respectively .Then undertaking statistical analysis by software spss 11.0 . Part two: sixty-seven cases with breast cancer were summarized by their clinical pathology features,meanwhile detecting the expression of Cyclin E in every case by immunity histochemistry technique,analyzing its correlation with the clinical pathology and progonosis.Results: Part one :The invasion test presented that the average number of cells of origin generation with overexpression of CyclinE infiltrating Transwell PC micropore film were 76.32±11.40 per high power field, the average number of cells of origin generation with negative expressivion of CyclinE were 21.56±13.22 per high power field;Through T test anylasis of independent sample: p < 0.05.There was a significance difference between them.Part two:The expression of Cyclin E was related to tissue types of the cancer,but had no statistical relationship with receptor status ,tumor size,lymph lode metastasis and menopause status ;There was significant relationship between Cyclin E and breast cancer progonosis.Conclusions:(1)The invasion test out of body is feasible in cells of origin generation in Breast cancer ;(2)The expressive difference of CyclinE is related with its invasion of cells of origin generation in Breast cancer:The invasion of overexpression of CyclinE is more powerful than negative expression of CyclinE in Breast cancer;(3)The expression of Cyclin E is a effective factor for breast cancer progonosis.
