Clinical Effects Observation On Treating Venereal Wart In Urinary Canal With Electrocautery And 5-fluorouracil

Objective:To observe the efficiency of electrocautery combined with 5-fluorouracil on treating venereal wart in urethral orifice.Methods:53 patients with venereal wart in urethral orifice were divided into two groups at random.27 cases of patients were treated by Electrocautery after local anesthesia with 5-fluorouracil plus Lidocaine. 26 cases assigned as control group were treated by Electrocautery after local anesthesia with Lidocaine only.Results:All the patients had finished 6 months follow-up.The recovery rate with once treatment was 92.6% and 65.4%,the relapse rate was 7.4% and 4.6% respectively.There was a significant difference between these two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:The result suggests the efficiency of electrocautery combined with 5-fluorouracil on treating venereal wart in urethral orifice is...
