Objective: To investigate the in vitro induction of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (Bone Marrow Mesenehymal Stem Cells, BMSCs) to the epithelial cells of an effective way.Method: The first step: from extract-free vaginal epithelium cells, and amplified in vitro, and observe and identify patterns. The second step: from rabbit bone marrow fluid samples using density gradient centrifugation adherent culture + separation and purification of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, in vitro amplification, to observe the morphological changes and identify. The third step: the use of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epithelial cells induced by co-culture method, with the epithelial cells induced by co-culture and other methods to induce the differentiation of epithelial cells, through morphological observation and immunohistochemical methods of inducing a variety of induction methods efficiency. Results: this experiment the rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells faster than cells with high purity. Induced by each group in the experiment, the statistical analysis, SNK-q test compared to epidermal growth factor + co-culture induced by the highest efficiency, induced by a simple co-culture group, epidermal growth factor induced by the second group, two groups was no induction significant differences, only by the minimum efficiency induced supernatant. Conclusions: combination of density gradient centrifugation adherent screening can be more pure bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. Epidermal growth factor + co-cultured epithelial cells can effectively induce the cells to the epithelial cells.
