To Explore The Relevant Factors About Adverse Reactions For Patients In The Intraoperative And Postoperative Of Deep Sedation Anesthesia Gastroscopy

Objective: To explore the relevant factors about indisposition for patients after painless gastroscopy joint anesthesia with fentanyl and Propofol.Methods: According to the uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria, 270subjects with deep sedation anesthesia gastroscopy were randomly selected from September 2007 to October 2008 in Yueyang City People's Hospital. The subjects were interviewed face to face by the unified way with questionnaires about general state before checking. and then observe and analysis the two groups of subjects about the blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative , check the success rate of reaction during, and asked about the screening experience of patients. At the same time, analysis of the main factor for situation in patients with painless gastroscopy from general information , the situation in intraoperative and postoperative and so on. The database was established and analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Statistical methods including descriptive statistical analysis, x~2 test,variance analysis,single factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis.Results : 1. the influencing factors of decreasing of intraoperative systolic blood pressure were age, whether suffering from high blood pressure, the amount of propofol. 2. Intraoperative decline in the rate of five factors, namely, age, whether suffering from high blood pressure, whether suffering from coronary heart disease, whether or not intraoperative cough restlessness, propofol dosage. 3. Intraoperative drop in blood oxygen saturation of the impact of four factors, namely, age, BMI,whether suffering from high blood pressure, the amount of propofol . 4. the influencing factors of degree of comfort of the painless gastroscopy people were age, whether suffering from coronary heart disease,gastroscopy ever done,whether pre-operative psychological tension, surgery whether there choking and restlessness,the onset time of narcotic drugs, the sober time after checking .Conclusion: For older,obesity, suffering from coronary heart disease,has never done before gastroscopy , preoperative nervous cough during emergence of agitation,time of onset of narcotic drugs of subjects should be closely observed during breathing recycling by the curb, and extend the observation time after surgery.
