The Research Of Interstitial Cystitis Concomitant Situation And Related Factors In Type Ⅲ Prostatitis Patients With Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms

Objectives:To understand the interstitial cystitis concomitant situation in typeⅢprostatitis patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and analyse the relevant factors which impact the interstitial cystitis concomitant situation.Methods:Of the urology clinic with 174 cases of lower urinary tract symptoms in patients with prostatitis typeⅢ,the application situation of LUTS symptoms questionnaire,interstitial cystitis O'Leary-Sant score table(including the symptom index and problem index) and the IC risk factors related to the questionnaire patients to investigate the application of potassium sensitivity test,symptoms of LUTS with typeⅢprostatitis patients with interstitial cystitis associated with the investigation to conduct a study and analysis of relevant factors of their occurrence.Results:In 174 cases of lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS symptoms) in typeⅢprostatitis patients,screening and detection 74 cases interstitial cystitis concomitant patients,the percentage of interstitial cystitis concomitant in typeⅢprostatitis is 42.5%(74/174).The interstitial cystitis concomitant situation in object of study is related to more than 40 years old(OR=6.3,P＜0.01),LUTS symptom duration longer than 24 months(OR=35.89,P＜0.01),the characteristics of pain (OR=9.45,P＜0.01).Conclusion:1.There is a superior ratio of interstitial cystitis concomitant in typeⅢprostatitis patients with lower urinary tract symptoms.2.The interstitial cystitis concomitant situation in object of study is related to more than 40 years old,LUTS symptom duration longer than 24 months,the characteristics of pain.
