Objective: To study preparation of Nano-hydroxypatite/ Lysine-di-isocyanate Glycerol polymer/Norvancomycin hydrochloride complex and investigate it's physical property and drug's slow-release rule and provide theory for clinical application. Methods: (1) We firstly prepared n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM complex containing 0%, 1%, 2%, 5%, 10% different norvancomycin hydrochloride, and then measured their crushing strength and breaking strength, and analyzed their reaction product and surface structure through x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. (2) We firstly draw the standard curve of norvancomycin hydrochloride in phosphate bufferd saline and simulated body fluid, and then measured elementary parameter of n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM complex containing 0%, 1%, 2%, 5%, 10% different Norvancomycin hydrochloride, and observed drug's slow release rule in vitro, and got the message about drug's release speed, release total amount and time length on the condition of different dosage, different areas, different thickness and different medium. Results: The crushing strength and breaking strength of 0%, 1%, 2%, 5%and 10% group were (71.20±0.72)Mpa,(70.72±0.57)Mpa; (71.02±0.65)Mpa,(70.56±0.73)Mpa; (70.11±0.14)Mpa,(69.78±0.22)Mpa; (67.90±0.81)Mpa,(66.89±0.68)Mpa; (53.23±0.46)Mpa,(52.16±0.17)Mpa. The initial release speed of 2% group was faster than 1% group, and then the release speed of the two groups gradually degraded, but the release amount of the two groups had no difference; the release speed and release total amount of 2% group had difference in PBS liquid and SBF liquid; and the drug's slow-release speed would change on the condition of different areas in n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM complex. Conclusion: Norvancomycin hydrochloride has no influence to solidification reaction of n-HA/LDI-G; it don't loss crushing strength and breaking strength of n-HA/LDI-G at appropriate extent but it loss crushing strength and breaking strength when its content exceed some values; n-HA/LDI-G is good creature carrier for NVCM. The system of n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM complex has visible slow-release function, but it's release speed, release total amount and time length can be influenced by drug dosage, release areas, complex thickness and different medium.
