【Objective】To analysis the risk factors of childhood asthma.【Methods】Questionaire for 391 from 3 to 14 years old children about the correlated risk factors of childhood asthma visiting out-patient clinic in pediatrics from September,2008 to March, 2009.Case group making of 191 asthma children,and in the same period control group making of 200 children from Pediatric Surgery wards,case control study was made about risk factors of childhood asthma.Childhood asthma as dependent variable,and 17 suspected risk factors as covariates,after making value for classification variables, descriptive statistical analysis was made for the exposure of 17 suspected risk factors in case group.Not only single factor Logistic regression analysis was made by using SAS 10.2 statistical software to probe the statistical sense of exposure of every suspected risk factor.,but also multiple factor stepwise Logistic regression analysis,and the best regression equation was made to estimate general dangerous degree of risk factors and calculate OR value and 95%CI.【Results】1.In case group,the percent of childhood asthma of 3~6 years old was 63.87%,and boys were more than girls(1.94:1);2.And the upper respiratory infection was the most important motivation(95.29%), personal allergic status(65.97%),allergy history of the first and second generation relatives(86.39%),infant eczema(59.69%),passive smoking(56.02%),movement (49.74%),weather(39.27%),emotion(34.03%),diet(36.65%),irritating smell(41.36%); rhinitis(90.58%),conjunctivitis(39.79%),mixed feeding ang artificial feeding(39.79%), months of adding food(3~6months)(80.63%),productive age of mother(24~30 years old) (83.25%);3.Single factor Logistic regression analysis,which showed that upper respiratory infection,movement,weather,emotion,diet,rhinitis,conjunctivitis,infant eczema,history of personal allergy,passive smoking,and allergy history of the first and second generation relatives had the relationship with childhood asthma,was made using statistical software SAS 10.2;4.Multiple factor stepwise Logistic regression analysis showed childhood asthma had the relationship with upper respiratory infection,movement,diet,irritating smell,rhinitis, allergy history of the first and second generation relatives and months of adding food,and the sequence:upper respiratory infection>irritating smell>movement>rhinitis>diet>allergy history of the first and second degree relatives,which made the risk of childhood asthma increase 434.775 folds,>999.999 folds,603.927 folds,14.795 folds,20.923 folds and 8.368 folds respectively.Later adding feed was the protective factor of childhood asthma.【Conclution】In order to prevent the onset of asthma,if the first and second degree relatives had the history of asthma,rhinitis and/or allergic,children should actively prevent and treat upper respiratory infection,and avoid irritating smell,and adjust amount of exercise properly, and actively treat rhinitis,and attention bland diet;in the period of infant should add feed later to reduce the onset of childhood asthma.
