The Study Of Treating FD Due To Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation With Invigorating The Spleen And Regulating The Stomach

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of renqi qingsong Decoction in the treatment of FD due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation and make a Preliminary study of the mechanism.Method:According to the principle of random grouping,the 62 cases of eligible subjects who were selected,according to diagnosis inclusion and exclusion standard,were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 cases and control group of 31cases.All of the patient all accord to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation in TCM,functional dyspepsia in western medicine.Treatment group were given renqi qingsong decoction,twice a day, Separately in morning and evening,Control group given Domperidone,10mg,3 times a day,30 minutes before eating.During treatment period,the patients were ordered eat reasonably,Prohibited from taking other drugs and taken the record of detailed symptoms and adverse reactions,The therapeutic effect were observed and the score of symptoms were recorded according to "Integrated medicine diagnosis and treatment Plan of FD",The courses of two groups were one weeks and the statistical result was made after one week. At the beginning and the end of the treatment,proceed the gastric liquid emptying test, calculate the gastric emptying time.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.1%and that of the control group is 58.1%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously superior to that Of the control group(P＜0.01).The two groups before and after treatment has no significant difference in gastric half-emptying time(p＞0.05).The improvement of total symptom score of the treatment group is obviously superior to that of the control group(p＜0.01),the treatment group improving significantly better than the control group in the main Individual symptom,Belch, epigastric fullness,Abdominal pain(P＜0.05).Conclusion:"renqi qingsong decoction" has the effect of "smoothing the liver Regulating Qi,invigorating the spleen and regulating the stomach",can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of fullness.Compared with the control group,it shows the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine's overall regulation.and has no significant side effects.It proves an effective prescription for functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.
