The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Therapy For High Anal Fistula With Biomaterial Patches In Repairing The Internal Orifice Of Anal Fistula

OBJECTIVE:The anal fistula is a familiar anorectal disease,but the therapy of the high anal fistula is very difficult,To seek for and process the internal orifice is the key of the cure of the disease.Bases of the sphincter saving,we use the biomaterial patches to repair the internal orifice.and observe the curative effect in order to find out its merit and flaw,and accumulate material for the study of high anal fistula.METHODS:16 patients were divided into therapy group and control group in random.There are 8 patients in therapy group and 8 patients in control group.The therapy group is treated with the biomaterial patches method and the control group with the lowland fistulotomy and highland seton.According to the project,we observe the two groups for 22 days,and note the points of their symptom at 3 days,8 days,15 days and 22 days after operation,then investigate for three months to half a year.Using these statistic data,we can study the difference in the curative effect,the period of treatment,the ratio of recurrence,the function of the anal sphincter and so on.RESULT:No difference in curative effect,the period of treatment,the ratio of recurrence between the two groups(P＞0.05).Through the patient sensation,the finger diagnose,questionnaire,there is a significant difference in the function of the anal sphincter after operation(P＜0.05),and in the degree of the quantity of the secretion,there is a significant difference of 3 days(P＜0.05),and in the degree of the painfulness,there is a significant difference of 3 days and 15 days after operation(P＜0.05).No difference in the degree of the painfulness of 8 days and 22 days,and the quantity of the secretion of 8 days,15 days and 22 days between the two groups(P＞0.05)CONCLUSION:The study indicates that the biomaterial patches method to repair the internal orifice of high anal fistula is not superior to the control group in the curative effect,the period of treatment the ratio of recurrence and so on.But the study is dominant in protecting the function of the anal sphincter and relieving the degree of the painfulness.
