Objective:(1) To investigate the safety and feasibility of clinical application of Yangxue Qingnao particles in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive puncture surgery;(2) To explore recent clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao particles on the survivals of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive puncture surgery;(3) To investigate relevance of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) level and neurological deficit(NIHSS) score after intracerebral hemorrhage;(4) To combine traditional Chinese Medicine and modem medicine and broaden the idea of consolidation therapy for intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive puncture surgery.Methods:Between 2007/03 and 2009/01,40 patients were selected at Department of Neurology of our hospital,who were proved to be the first basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage by CT examination,bleeding volume 30ml-100ml,<24h from onset.According to permission all cases were divided into the control group with conventional micro-invasive puncture surgery and the treatment group with Yangxue Qingnao Granula after micro-invasive puncture surgery.The levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) in plasm and neurological deficit(NIHSS) of patients were respectively measured on preoperative and the third day,the seventh day,the fourteenth day,the thirtieth day after surgery.The functional independence(FIM) of patients was respectively evaluated on preoperative and the seventh day,the fourteenth day,the thirtieth day after surgery.Line correlation analysis of NSE levels and NIHSS scores on preoperative and the seventh day,the fourteenth day after surgery was carried out.Results:NSE levels and NIHSS scores in treatment group and control group were no significant difference(P>0.05) on the third day after surgery.On the seventh day,the fourteenth day,the thirtieth day after surgery the NSE levels and NIHSS scores in treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).On the seventh day after surgery the FIM scores of two groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The FIM scores of two groups were statistically significant comparison(P<0.05) on the fourteenth day, the thirtieth day after surgery.The NSE levels in plasma and NIHSS scores were positively correlated(P<0.05) on preoperative and the seventh day,the fourteenth day after surgery.Conclusion:The application of Yangxue Qingnao Granula can not lead to further hemorrhage in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after 2 days of micro-invasive puncture surgery;With a reasonable application of Yangxue Qingnao particles,it can be reduced secondary brain injury and neurological deficit of the survivals of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after micro-invasive puncture surgery;The NSE level in plasma and neurological deficit score(NIHSS) are positively correlated after intracerebral hemorrhage,The NSE level in plasma can response the degree of neurological deficit in a certain period of time and to some extent.
