Objective:To screen the occurrence of Postpartum Depression of parturient woman in third-level Hospital in Changsha,to analyze the risk factors of Postpartum Depression,and discuss the cognition function lesion of Postpartum Depression women.To understand and discover psychology questions in parturient woman,and provide scientific basis for monitor,prevention and treatment of Postpartum Depression.Methods:The research was accord to the lamination group sampling law,and extracted 430 in hospital childbirth parturient women of the three third-level Hospital in Changsha City,430 subjects were investigated by using the general situation questionnaire,Society Support Scale,the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),the total score of EPDS≥13 point was regarded as the screening positive.Used the case-control method,draw 35 cases from screen positive randomly (Depression group),and draw 35 cases from normal parturient woman randomly(Control group),the two groups were carried on the Wisconsin card sorting test(WSCT) to appraise cognition function lesion.All quantitative data of the questionnaire survey was analyzed by SPSS(11. 5),the statistical analysis methods included descriptive statistical analysis, T-test,γ2 examination,correlation analysis,multi-factor non-condition logistic analysis.Results:1.In the 430 subjects,the number of postpartum depression is 101,the screening positive rate of Postpartum Depression was 23.5%.2.The differences between the Postpartum Depression screening positive group and the normal group in parturient woman's,including education level,occupation,the housing conditions,the accidental pregnancy,pregnancy merge disease,primipara,the way of delivery,the gender of the newborn,were significance(p<0.05),according to the multi-factor non-condition logistic regression analysis,the risk factors of postpartum depression were low education level,without occupation, accidental pregnancy,pregnancy merge disease,primipara,female infant,c-sect.3.The total society supports score of post-natal despondent screening positive group,the score of subjective support and objective support,the exploitability were lower than the normal group(p<0.05).The relationship among the total score of society supports various dimensions and post-natal is remarkable inverse correlation,the objective support and the exploitability of support has the remarkable forecast function to post-natal depression.4.The WSCT result of depression group is worse than the control group's,and the differences was significance,including Categories control,Responses answer,Correct responses,Errors responses,Percent Correct responses,Trials to complete the first category,Preservative responses,Percent preservative errors,Nonpreservative errors,failures to maintain set,Percent conceptual level response。The EPDS score was negative correlation with Categories control,Correct responses,Preservative responses,failures to maintain set,Percent conceptual level response,and was positive correlation with Responses answer,Errors responses,Percent Correct responses,preservative errors。Conclusion:1.The incidence of Postpartum Depression of women in six weeks after parturition in the third-level hospital in Changsha is high.2 Postpartum Depression is a multi-factor result,the risk factor include low education level,without occupation,emergency pregnancy, sickness in pregnancy,primipara,female newborn,uterine-incision delivery.3.Postpartum Depression women is short of The objective social support,the subjective support and the availability of support than normal,the deficient of objective support and availability of support can predict the occurrence of Postpartum Depression4.Postpartum Depression women are possible to have cognition function lesion,and the degree is relevant with the symptom of depression.
