| Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the Clysis I on the chronic prostatitis and to discuss its mechanism and whether it has acutetoxicity by systematic clinical observation.Methods: 60 cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treating group and controlling one.the former was treated with Clysis I and the latter with 0.9%sodium-chloride injection and gentamycin. A comparatire study on clinical curatire effect berween the control group and the treatment group was conducted by examing the main symptoms before and after the treatment in each group. On the normal rabbit's skin We smeared the Clysis I directily to obserre the stimulation and hypersensitirity. in order to inrestagte the anti-bacterial of Clysis I on S.aureas and P.anes.Results: (1)After three period of treatment ,The total effective rates of Clysis I group(95.50%)were significant higher than that of controlling group(83.30%)( P <0.05).(2)In experimental study we found that Clysis 1 had not any stimulation and can not cause any allergic reaction to normal rabbit's skin.(3)Clysis I possesses effectively antibacterial action to Staphylococus aureus(SA) and proteus spp(PS).Conclusions: In the experimental study and clinical observation of treating the chronic prostatitis , Clysis I have a significantly effection on the chronic prostatitis and possesses effectively antibacterial action. |
