Objective: To explore the condition for preparation of Praziquantel Polylactic acid Particles by solvent evaporation method and it's effect about Anti - infection of Schistosoma japonicum.Method: Praziquantel Polylactic acid Particles were prepared using solvent evaporation method. Choosing the best condition According to properties of appearance, amount of drug loaded and seal rate. We research the Pharmacodynamics of nano-Praziquantel-Polylactic acid particles in mice.Result: The effects of different variables on the preparation of Praziquantel-Polylactic particles were studied according to a Orthogonal design of experiments. The major factors are the ratio of Praziquantel and the concentration of Surface active agent. Worm burden and egg burden of mice treated by different concentration of Praziquantel-Polylactic acid particles were dramatically reduced, compared with those of the mice without treated.Conclusion: 1,The result show that the best condition of preparation of Praziquantel-Polylactic particles were related that: the ratio of Praziquantel and polylactic acid to 1:12, he concentration of Surface active agent 0.5%, the temperature of heating at 60℃.According to that obtain Praziquantel-Polylactic particles amount of drug loaded and seal rate were8 % and 3 % respectively.2,Different concentration of Praziquantel-Polylactic particles can kill different developmental Schistosoma japonicum.
