The Study On Recognition Diversity Between Doctors And Patients On Medical Risk And It's Influencing Factors

With the development of science and technology and progress of society, People has had the new cognition and call for to the medical treatment activity. But the result of medical treatment exists uncertainty. The term of "medical risk" appears more and more in each fields in the health and medical community. Because it is related to patient's safety directly, and affects the safety of hospital the medical personnel. We should develop the quality of the medical treatment serve, and cut down medical risk, and improve doctor-patient relationship. Medical risk management and pre-warming are more and more important. And the recognition diversity between doctors and patients is the basis influencing factor of Medical risk management and pre-warming. So we must know the recognition diversity between doctors and patients can we be able to find specific ways to prevent medical risk and establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The research took clinical doctors and patients as investigating objects. Through literature research, discussion, questionnaire survey and so on, the researcher investigated 255 clinical doctors and patients in 10 hospitals in Jinan City. Firstly, through communicating with the clinical doctors and patients, the researcher mastered their attitudes to the medical risk and it's influencing factors. Then the researchers designed a pre-examining questionnaire for the recognition diversity between doctors and patients, tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Secondly, the researcher used the questionnaire to survey doctors and patients above, got the data, made clear the debate structure. Thirdly, the research analyzed the doctors' recognition diversity of medical risk in the demographic characteristics such as sex , age , maximal educational background , monthly income ,and so on. Then the patients'. In the end, the study analyzed the recognition diversity between doctors and patients on medical risk and it's influencing factors.The results of the research showed that: 1. There were no statistically significant diversity between doctors' recognition on doctors' factor of medical risk. There were statistically significant diversity between doctors' recognition on patients' factor of medical risk in education level and monthly income. There were statistically significant diversity between doctors' recognition on deseases' factor of medical risk in work experience.2. There were statistically significant diversity between patients' recognition on doctors' factor of medical risk in education level and medical payment. There were statistically significant diversity between patients' recognition on patients' factor of medical risk in age. There were no statistically significant diversity between doctors' recognition on diseases' factor of medical risk. 3. There were statistically significant diversity on the fundamental character, doctors' factor, patients' factor, diseases' factor of medical risk.
