The Clinical Research Of Shen Shuai â…  Hao Treating To Chronic Kidney Disease 3 Period Patients With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Wet Muddy

Objective:the goal of this clinical experiment is to prope the mechanism and therapeutic effect of shen shuaiⅠhao on treating chronic kidney disease 3 period patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and wet muddy.Methods:60 patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and wet muddy of chronic kidney disease(CKD) 3 period who were treated in jiangsu provincial TCM Hospital from April,2008 to February,2009 were choosed and were divided into 2 group at random.Each group is 30 cases.In addition to the observing group can make full use of Nifedipine and other calcium antagonists,all had been given common treatment measures.On the base the observing group take shenshuaiⅠhao,two times one day,30days is a therapeutic phase,giving 3 phase Consecutively.The control group take Benazepril,10mg,once a day,30days is a therapeutic phase,giving 3 phase consecutively.Compare the differences of RBC,Hb,BUN,Scr,UA,GFR,TNF,IL-6,IL-8,clinical symptoms between the two groups before and after experiment.Results:(1)the total effect:the observing group total effective rate was 80%,the control group total effective effective was 46.7%.Comparison of the observing group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.01.(2)the impact of the total points of syndrome:the observing group on total score of Syndrome improvement is better than the control group,P<0.01(3)the impact of clinical symptoms:the effect of clinical symptoms such as the weak burnout,shortness of breath,lazy introduction,limb heavy storm,edema,abdominal distension were better than control group,P≤0.01;and the effect of clinical symptoms such as waist and knee flaccid,lumbago,anorexia,sticky greasy mouse,nocturnal-ching cheung were better than control group too,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference on the impact of limb numbness between the two groups,P>0.05.(4)the impact of physical and chemical indicators:the observing group can reduce BUN,Scr,increase GFR, and more effective than the control group,P<0.05,but there was no difference between the effects of uric acid between the two groups,P>0.05;the observing group can reduce TNF,IL-6,IL-8,and more effective than the control group,P<0.05;the observing group can increase RBC,Hb,and more effective than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Shen shuaiⅠhao can improve the clinical symptoms such as the weak burnout,shortness of breath,lazy introduction,limb heavy storm,edema,abdominal distension,waist and knee flaccid,lumbago,anorexia,sticky greasy mouse,nocturnal-ching cheung;reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6,IL-8,TNF and reduce the kidney micro-inflammatory response;effectively stabilize and improve the patients's renal function,thereby slow down the progress of the course and prevent their development to end-stage renal failure and improve the quality of life of CKD 3 period patients.
