| Objective To observe the effects of Tuina therapy on difficiency of kidney and spleen of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods Based on the measured results of bone mineral density of L2-4 (BMD), 40 postmenopausal women were randomly divided into experiment and control groups. In the experiment group, 20 postmenopausal women finished the therapy course. In the first three months, they were given tuina treatment three times a week . After a month interval, continued the second three months. In the control group, 18 postmenopausal women finished the therapy course. They were given Salmon Calcitonin Nasal Spray 200 IU every day in the first three months. After a month interval, continued the second three months. Before and after the experiment, BMD,E2 and clinical symptoms were measured.Results BMD and E2 were increased while the clinical symptoms were alleviated in the two groups. Compared with the control group, BMD,E2 and clinical symptoms of the experiment group had a significant difference.Conclusion Tuina therapy may increase the BMD,E2 and alleviate the clinical symptoms of postmenopausal women effectively with few side effects. |
