The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Phase Ⅳ～Ⅴ(Qi-Yin Deficiency And Damp-Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Tang Shen Prescription Combined With Tripterygium Wilfordii Multi-glucoside Piece

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and safety on diabetic nephropathy(DN IV ~ V) with deficiency of Qi-Yin and damp-blood stasia syndrome by treated tang shen prescription(TSP) combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii(TW), the chiefly functions of lowering plasma glucose, diminution twenty-four-hour urine protein excretion and heightened plasma albumine, reduction serum creatinine and improving renal function,and compare with the basic therapy.To explore the clinical curative effect of diabetic nephropathy(DN) with the symptom-complex of deficiency of Qi-Yin and damp-blood stasia by treated TSP combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii(TW). Methods: Collection of Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province 2007.11-2008.12 Nephrology hospitalized in line with the inclusion criteria of 40 patients of DN(Ⅳ～Ⅴ), who belong to the symptom-complex of deficiency of Qi-Yin and damp-blood stasia, then adopt the random compared clinical study , divide all the patients into the treat group(22 cases) and the control group(18 cases) . The patients in the comparison group are just treated with basic therapy,while the patients in the treatment group take jiang tang bao shen prescription combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii on the basis of basic therapy.After one moon, we compare the differences between groups, including the symptoms and relevant clinical parameters, and study the data with statistical analyses.Results: 1.The total clinical effective rate of treatment group, 81.8%, compared with 55.6% of the control group,there is significant difference between the treat group and the control group; with statistical analysis. 2. The effective rate of treatment group in the symptom-signs, 95.5%, is much better than that of comparison group in the symptom-signs,77.8%,with statistical analysis, is better than that of comparison group.3. There is remarkable difference at decreasing plasma glucose and HbAlc in the treatment group, and Both treatment group and comparison group have showed statistical significance in terms of 2hPG(P<0.05). 4. Both treatment group and comparison group have showed statistical significance in terms of reduction of twenty-four-hour urine protein excretion and heightened plasma albumine. is better than that of comparison group(P<0.05).5. Both treatment group and comparison group have showed statistical significance in terms of reduction of Scr and heightened eGFR(P<0.05),except Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) .6. Both treatment group and comparison group have showed no statistical significance in terms of WBC,Hb,PLT,CHO,ALT,ALP,r-GT (P>0.05),but they have showed statistical significance in terms of reduction of TG and heightened RBC(P<0.01).Conclusions: 1. TSP combined with TW on the basis of basic therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of DN IV V, and alleviate the clinical symptoms,decrease 2hPG,reduction of twenty-four-hour urine protein excretion,reduction of Scr and heightened eGFR and so on. Taking TSP can improvement the function of kidney. It is worth to use in clinic on the basis of obviously clinical curative effect and safety .
