| Background and objective: With the development of medicine, people attach greater importance to the influence of psychological factors on human health. As one of psychological stressors, the surgery often leads patients to acute stress reaction[0]. Through observing the changes of hemodynamics,SAS and SDS scores, and cortisol and interleukin-6 concentrations in serum of patients undergoing elective surgery[0] during anesthetic stage, we studied the influence of psychological intervention during anesthetic stage on perioperative stress reaction of patients undergoing elective surgery. Methods: 60 ASA I or II patients aged 30-45yr with uterine myoma were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia .With the random number table, we divided the patients into two groups, and each group had 30 ones. The concrete contented as follows: Contrast group(C): routine visiting[0] and regular nursing; Psychological intervention group(P): Visiting and nursing by the assays of psychological intervention during anesthetic stage. Then at sequenti luce morning 7:40 after hospital admission(T1), proximal luce morning 7:40 before operation (T2), the time of skin incision(T3), the end of operation(T4) and sequenti luce morning 7:40after operation(T5),the data of SP, DP and HR were recorded by the professional anesthetist,SAS and SDS scores were performed, and the venous blood of patients was drawn to measure cortisol and interleukin-6(IL-6) concentrations.Results:(1)The scores of SAS and SDS, serum cortisol and IL-6 concentrations, SP, DP and HR were not statistically significant at T1(P>0.05).(2)SP,DP and HR in C and P groups increased significantly at other time as compared to the data at T1, but the data in C group were significantly higher than the data in P group at other time (P<0.05).(3)The scores of SAS and SDS in C group increased significantly at other time as compared to the scores of SAS and SDS at T1 (P<0.05), and the data were the highest at T3.But the data in P group had no significant difference (P>0.05). While the data had significant difference between the two groups at other time(P<0.05).(4)The Cortisol concentrations in C and P groups increased significantly at other time as compared to the concentrations at T1, but the concentrations in C group were significantly higher than the concentrations in P group at other time (P<0.05). And the data at T4 were the highest.(5) The IL-6 concentrations in C and P groups increased significantly at other time as compared to the concentrations at T1, but the concentrations in C group were significantly higher than the concentrations in P group at other time (P<0.05). And the data at T5 were the highest.Conclusion:(1)Psychological intervention during anesthetic stage could keep the SP, DP and HR stable .(2)Psychological intervention during anesthetic stage could reduce the level of anxiety-depression and stress reaction[0] in the patients with uterine myoma, and it also greatly improved patients' emotional and somatic reaction. |
