ObjectiveTo evaluate the values of dopamine in treating endotoxic shock by observing the changes of the pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) during the treatment of endotoxic shock.MethodsTwenty healthy dogs were radomly divided into 4 groups with 5 in each group. Making endotoxic model by injecting Lipopolysacchafides(LPS) intravenously.2 hours later,Infusing NS 5ml/h(control group) and dopamine 5,10,20ug/kg.min(D5 group,D10 group,D20 group) intravenously.Femoral artery puncture and pulmonary artery puncture, then record mean artery pressure(MAP) and mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP) at the time of 0,5,10,30,60,120min after infusing NS or dopamine.ResultCompared with the control group, different concentrations of dopamine all can increase MAP,MPAP(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with D5 group, the increased percentage of MAP and MPAP of D 10 group and D20 group was more obviously. The ratio of MAP/MPAP in each dopamine group was higher than control group, the groups of high concentration were more obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionMAP of endotoxic dog deceased obviously, while the PAP changed little; After infused dopamine intravenously,MAP and PAP both increase; The resistance of pulmonary microcirculation increasing is the main reason for the increasing of PAP.
