Ganoderma is a Fungi belonging sector(Kingdom Fungi),Basidiomycetes Mun (basidiomycetes),Basidiomycetes program(Basidiomycetes),Ganoderma head (Ganodermatales),Ganoderma Branch(Ganodermataceae).Ganoderma has been in China for over a thousand years of history.Modern medical research has confirmed that Ganoderma have anti-tumor,antioxidant activity,improving immune function, the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other pharmacological functions.Ganoderma fruit has been used for centuries as a health food and medicine.Many studies focus on the functions of the fruit,health maintenance,ingredient,the difference between different species of Ganoderma fruits and so on.When the techniques of liquid and solid fermentations become more and more consummate,the productions of them:the mycelia and the fungal substance also become more and more significant.But the studies on the mycelia and the fungal substance are more about the techniques of how to product them,enhancing the medium(substance) composition,the ingredient of them and so on,less about their quality of drug actions especial for the fungal substance.In order to evaluate the relevance of species,productions,extractions and the quality of drug actions,this study was designed two quality of drug actions:anti-tumor and antioxidant activity to find out the relevance.1.There are four species Ganoderma fruits:Chi Zhi,Jing Da,Zi Zhi,Huang Jin Zhi,to compare their anti-tumor activity.The cancer cell line of S180 implanted into the axillary subcutaneous of mice is for studying the anti-tumor effect.The result is that the four species Ganoderma fruits have different anti-tumor activity, and Chi Zhi has the best tumor inhibition.There are four species Ganoderma fruits: Chi Zhi,Zhi-15,Zhi-18,Chuan Zhi,to compare their antioxidant activity.The result is that the four species Ganoderma fruits have different antioxidant activity. At the same concentration,Chi Zhi has the best antioxidant ability.2.Select the strain of Chi Zhi,from basswood culture,liquid fermentation and solid fermentation to product the fruit,the mycelia and the fungal substance.The three productions are comparing their anti-tumor activity and antioxidant activity. The result is that the three productions have different anti-tumor activity and antioxidant activity.The fruit and the mycelia have anti-tumor activity;and the mycelium also has the best scavenging hydroxyl free radical;the fruit also has the best scavenging ability of DPPH free radical.3.The method of water extraction,95%ethanol extraction,water extraction mixed with 95%ethanol extraction are used to extract the fruit,the mycelia and the fungal substance,then to compare their anti-tumor activity and antioxidant activity.The result is that,for the same production,the three extractions have different anti-tumor activity and antioxidant activity.Only the water extractions of the fruit and the mycelia have anti-tumor activity;and the 95%ethanol extraction of the fruit,the water extraction mixed with 95%ethanol extraction of the mycelia,the 95%ethanol extraction of the fungal substance have the best scavenging ability of DPPH free radical.4.Determine the polysaccharose and triterpene in the fruit,the mycelia and the fungal substance by anthrone-sulfuric acid method and colorimetry,and analyze the HPLC fingerprints of them.The result shows that there is great difference among the samples.
