Analysis On Related Factors Of Hyperuricemia Among Workers In Daqing Oilfield

Hyperuricemia is a disease with disorder of purine metabolism and excretion reduced. Some HUA patients accompanied with changes of blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure .Sometimes even aggravated some diseases of heart ,brain, and kidney, which severely damage human's health. In recent years, with the development of people living standard, the change of the diet structure, the enlarged pressure of work, prevalence rate of the HUA elevated year by year. According to research the factor of HUA, to control the occurrence of the relative factor,which has the vital significance to achieve the control HUA's occurrence.Globally, especially the developing country, HUA's prevalence rate is rising unceasingly. In the early 1980s, the male of HUA's prevalence rate was 1.4%, the female was 1.3%. In the investigation of mid 1990s showed that the HUA's prevalence rate of the male is 5.8%～33. 1%, the female is 2.4%～16.9%. HUA's prevalence rate is rising sharply, particularly the recently 10 year. For example, during the investigation of Sichuan urban residents in 2008, the male prevalence rate is 25.62%, the feminine prevalence rate is 2.35%. There was a investigation to some community's middle and old aged hyperuricaemia's in Qingdao in 2008, the male prevalence rate is 29.5%, the female is 20.5%.Some scholars believed that the HUA is typical life style disease, with the sex, the age, the heredity, obese as well as the diet and many factors are closely related. The HUA is accompanied by many relevant disease simultaneously, like fatty liver, hyperglycemia, high blood fats and so on.This research was made during February to August, 2009, there are 12723 staff participated in physical examination's, who were from Daqing Oil Field in Daqing Longnan Hospital. According to the research, we screened 407 HUA patients as the example and extraced 500 people in the surplus crowd as the control group stochastically. To collect the group's age and sex, compared with the funcation of case group and control group's fatty liver, hyperlipemia, hyperglycaemia and functional parameter of liver. We use the spss13.0 statistics software to analysis the gathering data. The chi square test was choosed for enumeration data. At the same tine, we have the strict control during the investigation.This research shows that the HUA's prevalence rate is 3.20% of Daqing Oil Field staff. The prevalence rate of male is 5.45%, the female is 0.13%, the male is higher than the female obviously, which is consistent with other city's survey result. The analysis results of the HUA and the age relations' show that the HUA patients mainly concentrate between 40 to 49 years old, namely the middle age is the case group of HUA. This research also demonstrates the fatty liver, the blood sugar, the blood fats, ALT, AST exceptionally have certain relevance with the hyperuricaemia. The explanation uric acid elevates at the same time will usually be accompanied by the blood sugar, the blood fats, the liver function and so on a series of target change. This result also supported some scholars to think the hyperuricaemia was of a viewpoint metabolism syndromes.Daqing oilfield is an important petroleum base of our country, mostly are male workers. The results of this research shows that the male's prevalence of HUA is higher. So developing health education in workers, improving recognition of harmfulness, advocating motion, reasonable dietary, good lifestyle, physical examination regularly, found HUA early, taken corresponding therapeutic means, preventing the development of HUA, control HUA and related diseases, such as fatty liver, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia. Many research indicated that there has relation between HUA and many factors. Early prevention is very important. The result of this research provided theoretical basis for developing health education in community, making preventive measures.
