| With the development of human society and progress, quality of human life and civilization are also rising. People increasingly take attention to mental disorder. However, people have not yet fully understand the mental problem. So far, such as depression, mental disorder has greatly impacted on society, families and individuals, but also caused some social and economic burden. Therefore, research in mental disorder is becoming more and more important.EEG and the methods of EEG analysis of progress is first reviewed in this thesis, Analyzing method of the EEG of depression with neuronal oscillation is discussed in the following. The EEG signals are collected from twenty patients and twenty normal people in the experiment, and significant data are picked up. First, de-noising the selected EEG data. Then, extract six rhythms from the EEG data. Through analyzing the frequency/amplitude, power spectrum and topographic maps of these rhythms, and making a comparison with normal people's rhythms. Then draw a conclusion that patients'EEG are obvious abnormal. Namely: (1) Strong slow-waveδ,θwave activity, whileαwave activity decreased; (2) The activities ofαare complex, that reflects include a variety of components; (3) The energy of each rhythm in patients with the highest points are concentrated in the frontal area, and frontal lobe is the main cognitive function brain regions, we can see that patients with depression have cognitive impairment. The research can supply a supplementary method for future diagnosing in depression by the abnormal EEG. |
