Research On The Knowledge Base Of Hypertension Medical Record Based On Ontology

At present, ontology theory on medical field becomes mature, of which theory system is maturing. But the application research of medical domain ontology is both domestically and overseas still in the stage of development . The research institutions at home and abroad are actively researching intelligent knowledge system which has reasoning function and intelligent retrieval function. However, there is not yet a mature product that can be applied.This thesis took hypertension electronic mediacal records for instance, and combined the ontology knowledge base with the diagnose knowledge of hypertension electronic mediacal records, trying to construct a knowledge base of hypertension electronic mediacal record based on ontology which has intelligent reasoning capabilities.In order to establish a hypertension diagnosis knowledge base system ,which can be shared and reusable,and the reference will be provide for hypertension expertFirstly, this paper used the Protégétool ,Stanford University developed ,to establish a hypertension electronic mediacal records ontology.Then, diagnosis rules of hypertension electronic mediacal record were established by using semantic Web rule language (SWRL). Finally, hypertension diagnosis reasoning were achieved by using the Jess inference engine.
