| ã€Background】:Intraductal papilloma is one of the most common benign breast tumor in women. It is about 20% of the benign breast tumor. There are two kinds of Intraductal papilloma, they are Central-type intraductal papilloma and Peripheral intraductal papilloma.The Central-type intraductal papilloma occur in large duct or lead duct. The Peripheral intraductal papilloma origin in terminal duct-lobular unit, Often multi-center, May extend into the adjacent large duct.Most consider that intraductal papilloma especially peripheral intraductal papilloma is precancerous change of breast cancer. About 6%-8% of the Intraductal papilloma will become breast cancer. The etiology of IDP (Intraductal Papilloma) is still unclear. Most consider that it is relation with the level of estrogen.Human papillomavirus is one kind of Papovaviridae, This is a class of non-enveloped small DNA viruses, HPV mainly affects the skin and mucous membranes of people, causing tumors or warts, some types can cause cancer organization.According to different virulence of the various types of HPV,there are two kinds of HPV,they are high rish HPV and low rish HPV.High rish HPV including HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,68,73,82 and so on,Low rish HPV including HPV6,11,40,42,43,44,54,61,70,72,81 and CP6108.In recent years, studies have shown that high rish HPV especially HPV16 is closely related with the development of cervical cancer.Recently many researches have shown that there are high rish HPV in breast cancer, There is a certain correlation between the occurrence and development of breast cancer and HPV infection. Intraductal papilloma is precancerous change of breast cancer, the researches about whether there is high rish HPV in Intraductal papilloma is still less.Ren zhanping detect the HPV16/18 E6 protein and HPV 18 DNA in Intraductal papilloma by SP (Streptavidin-perosidase) Immunohistochemistry dyeing and ISH (In situ hybridization),he find that there is HPV 18 DNA in Intraductal papilloma tissue. Choi YL detect HPV in Intraductal papilloma by DNA chip technology,find there is no HPV DNA in 32 Intraductal papilloma. Whether there is high rish HPV in Intraductal papilloma and how the HPV come into the breast needs further study.ã€Objective】:to detect the HPV DNA in nipple discharge or intraductal papilloma samples that comes from the patients with intraductal papilloma, in order to investigate the correlation between HPV and intraductal papilloma,and investigate the difference between the positive rate of HPV of different age different symptoms,different types,different size of tumour and the tumour with or without cancer.ã€Methods】:Hybrid Captureâ…¡technique was done on 30 nipple discharges samples or intraductal papillomas (there are 12 nipple discharges and 18 intraductal papillomas samples)that come from the patients with intraductal papilloma (including 3 patients with intraductal papilloma and breast cancer). According to the results of HC2, the correlation between HPV infection and the intraductal papilloma was investigated dy Chi-square test.ã€Results】:After detect the HPV DNA in 30 nipple discharges samples or intraductal papillomas that come from the patients with intraductal papilloma,there are 3 positive, positive rate is 10%,contrast with 18 breast fibroadenoma, the result is p> 0. 05.There are clear difference between the positive rate of HPV of the Central-type intraductal papilloma and Peripheral intraductal papilloma (p< 0.05).ã€Conclusion】:This research can't support that HPV is associated with the occurrence and development of intraductal papilloma. The research find that the 3 positive all are Central-type intraductal papilloma,and the Central-type intraductal papilloma is closer to the duct openings,may be the HPV infect the breast through the duct opening. |
