In today's society, stress has increasingly become the focus of social concern, high working pressure not only cause harm of employees on the physical and psychological, but also prone to job burnout, performancing for the emotional exhaustion, working without a sense of achievement, work indifferention. This not only have serious implications for the individual employees career, but also affect the entire organization's job performance. Because of the special nature of work, working environment, nurses has been a population of "high-risk" working pressure. Therefore, nurses should be payed great attention in stress management,basing on the above considerations, this article take Qilu hospital nurses as an object of study, research the relationship between nurses'work pressure, job burnout and perceived organizational support, trying to build the model between the stress and job burnout.and study the Mechanism of the perceived organizational support between the stress and jobburnout.After conducting this survey, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis of the questionnaire, mainly including reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The analysis revealed that work stress is a major source of job burnout generated. Work pressure, job burnout and organizational support that exists between a sense of significant correlation. Demographic variables on work stress, job burnout have different effects on different dimensions, demographic variables on the impact of perceived organizational support was not obvious. Perceived organizational support on work stress and job burnout exists between the regulatory role.Through this article, we hope that we can provide some theoretical guidance in work stress and burnout management, thus lowering the work stress and job burnout of nurses to improve organizational performance objectives.
