Study On The Allocation Planning Of Large Medical Equipment Type â…¡ In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

This paper is planning to launch a series of researches circumfusing the allocation planning of Large Medical Equipment Typeâ…¡(LMET-â…¡) in Guangxi, which includes the introduction of research background, research significance and research progress about the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡at home and abroad. In addition to the research thoughts and methods of this paper were analyzed, we explained the status of allocation and utilization of LME in Guangxi and made a general evaluation. Moreover, we discussed the relevant theories and concrete methods of the allocation planning of equipment and made a comment on the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Then, we put forward the calculating method of the allocation quantity, the restraining method of increase quantity and the determinate method of permit standard which are suitable for the allocation of LME in the underdeveloped areas of our country. In order to provide the instruction and decision reference for Guangxi health administrative department for constituting the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡for years 2009-2011, we introduce their application in the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The paper is planning to study the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡in Guangxi from three aspects. The first part is an introduction,which mainly elaborates the foundations of theoretical researches of this paper from the research background and significance, the research thoughts and methods as well as the present research condition. The second part is about the status and evaluation of allocation and utilization of LMET-â…¡in Guangxi, which mainly analyses and evaluates the LMET-â…¡in Guangxi from five aspects, including the basic circumstance, distribution, clinically serving circumstance, utilization circumstance as well as the evaluation of the status of allocation and utilization.In order to provide reference materials for thoroughly study the allocation and management of LME in our area and lay a foundation for further research on the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡in Guangxi, we display the circumstance of allocation and usage in Guangxi by the forms of intuitive figure, chart, brief literal description, etc. The third part is about the allocation planning of LMET-â…¡in Guangxi. This part is the textual research point of the paper, which further studies and compiles the guiding ideology, purpose of planning and the main principles of the allocation planning in Guangxi based on the analysis and evaluation of the above two parts, especially introduces the constituting method and evaluation of the allocation planning, total amount of planning, allocation standard and allocation request. Finally, we gain the measurement result and put forward the safeguard measures of planning implementation.
