Objective To study the clinical effect of high-frequency electric knife ormicrowave technique CO2 laser on gingivoplasty.M ethods Different types and various degrees of 148 patients with gingival hyperplasia were randomly divided into group high-frequency electric knife, microwave technique, CO2 laser ,conventional surgery.Removing gingiva and repairing its form to restore and reconstruct the periodontalphysiological function and appearance. Results 1. Four wound healed, gums beautiful shape, but the more conventional hand bleeding, operative field is unclear, postoperative bleeding required cypriot government, there is fear in patients, affecting normal life and many other negative factors. 2. High-frequency electric knife, CO2 laser, microwave coagulation treatment of gingival hyperplasia group is superior to conventional surgery group, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, wound healing time of three indicators of statistical analysis (P <0.01), there are highly statistically significant, wound infection (P <0.05) were statistically significant. 3. High-frequency electric knife, laser group, microwave thermocoagulation group compared with the traditional GI surgical group (P <0.05) are statistically significant. 4. In January after four treatment groups achieved 100% efficiency; but a year after a slight decrease in efficiency (respectively 97.3%, 94.6%, 97.3%, 89.19%), There was no significant difference in curative effect (x2 = 0.34, P> 0.05). 5. In the conventional surgery group satisfaction 89.19% lower than other three groups the result by the correction test, efficacy difference was significant (x2 = 0.54, P <0.05).Conclusion 1. High-frequency electric knife, laser, microwave coagulation treatment of non-performing prosthesis caused by gingival hyperplasia compared with conventional surgery to save operation time is about one times, intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced, shortened wound healing time and reduce wound infection rates. 2. Four methods can be effective in the control of gingival inflammation, high-frequency electric knife, laser, microwave coagulation more effective control of gingival inflammation, and the four methods of immediate and long-term clinical efficacy and reliable. 3.High-frequency electric knife, laser, microwave coagulation treatment of non-performing prosthesis three methods of gingival hyperplasia caused by sexually transmitted diseases, patients changed easily accepted and applied to gingival aesthetics research...
