Objective:To investigate the levels of serum Squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) in various skin diseases and its influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis of patients'Serum levels of SCCA who were discharged from Jan of 2008 to Apr of 2010. Patients'with eczema and psoriasis were analized according to age, gender, involved area, sub-type phases.Results:The serum SCCA levels in eczema, psoriasis, erythroderma, and bullous diseases'were significantly increased (P<0.01), but not in infective skin diseases, connective tissue disease and vasculitis (P>0.05).
