Objective:A retrospective analysis of a rare clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors of vascular. Methods:Since 2000, the Second Affiliated Hospital of college of medicine, Zhejiang University in the diagnosis and treatment of 10 cases of patients with malignant bone caused by vascular disease Including one case of haemangioendothelion patients, one case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of patients,8 cases of angiosarcoma patients; including 5 males and 5 females, aged from 4-67 years, mean age 35.9 years, two cases of multicentric disease, and 8 as a single central lesion; 2 cases in the ilium,8 cases in the limbs, all the patients with local pain, local mass and treatment, the symptoms appeared 6 day:; to 4 years, suffered from bone imaging damage Osteolytic change. The diagnosis of bone angiosarcoma or epithelioid hemangioendothelioma all come out from pathology and immunohistochemistry.2 patients received radiotherapy in these 10 cases.2 patients with massive of iliac bone tumor had been given resection+TSRH reconstruction, one of them had been given radiotherapy, 1of 8 cases with lesions in the limbs had been given a palliative therapy, curettage+bone cement filling, remaining 7 patients underwent wide resection or amputation, and one of them given radiotherapy. Results:lcase of hemangioendothelioma of follow-up of patients after amputation has 50 months no recurrence and metastasis. One case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the patients receiving a large osteotomy+TSRH reconstruction after radiotherapy, were followed 66 months, no recurrence and metastasis. Eight cases of angiosarcoma patients, one of them had been given palliative treatment, curettage+bone cement filling, died after surgery in 4 months. Remaining 7 cases, of which 3 patients had lung metastasis, one case of limitation for the left lower lung mass resection line of the lower left lung segments, survival without tumors founded until now; one case of multiple metastases in both lung, recepted chemotherapy, survival with tumor; one case of lung, skin, multiple metastases in both lower limbs, deain 1 month after surgery; the remaining 2 cases in which the original site recurrence, without distant metastasis, once again expanding line of tumor resection, tumor-free survival today; 2 cases no postoperative recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion:The malignant bone tumors of vascular are rare, because of lacking specific, clinical diagnosis is difficult, multi-center guiding significance for the diagnosis of lesions. The diagnosis relies on pathology and immunohistochemistry. Currently, surgery, combined with postoperative radiotherapy as the main treatment. There is also trying to chemotherapy. Angiosarcoma malignancy and poor prognosis, easy to recurrence and lung metastasis.
