| Objective:To study the feasibility of Puerarin fitting on biomimetic Ca-P coat and its estimate of biology. Methods:granulated the surface of titianium plates, made coats with different concentration (0.001L,0.01mol/L,0.1umol/L, 1umol/L) of Puerarin on the surface of titianium plates by biomimetic aggradation.Observed the configuration of crystal and ingredient of the coat by scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and X-ray diffraction apparatus(XRD). MC3T3-E1 cells were inoculated onto the surface of biomimetic coatings in 4,7 and 14 days, mensurated the content of alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Mensurated the content of OC and Collagen Type I in cultivation liquid in 7 days and 14 days.Results:Puerarin can be added into Ca-P coat,and the coat with Puerarin can accelerate the growth of MC3T3-E1 cells,the effect is best when the concentration of Puerarin is 0.01umol/L. Conclusion:Ca-P coat can be effective carrier of Puerarin,and the best concentration is 0.01umol/L. |
