Changges Of Soluble Osteoclast-associated Receptor In Human Rheumatoid Arthritis

PurposeWe measure soluble Osteoclast-associated receptor(sOSCAR) in the serum of healthy subjects and Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients to demonstrate that OSCAR is a key importance in the process of inflammatory arthritis.Methodseasure soluble OSCAR(sOSCAR) in the serum of healthy subjects and RA patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsSerum levels of soluble OSCAR were lower in RA patients than in healthy ontrols, and inversely associated with inflammatory activity.ConclusionsOSCAR takes a part in the inflammatory process of Rheumatoid arthritis, and important to the Joint destruction in this disease.
