ObjectiveTo investigate the experiences and problems of anaesthesia management for old women with pelvic floor dysfunction.Materials and MethodsSelect 40 patients, from 60-82 years old, who accept operation. Observe the anxiety extent (use SAS); whether with hypertension and heart disease history; whether with rachiopathy; record the fluctuation of the circulation and investigate the problems of postoperative analgesia.Results1) There are 25 cases SAS scores above 50 who have tendency to be anxiety.12 patients with hypertention,one person with CHD,night patients with hypertention and CHD and night patients with rachiopathy; 2) seven patients appeared hypotention and become normal after infuse ephedrine 5-10 mg; 6 patients appeared bradycardia, and infuse 0.2-0.3mg, the heart rate increases.;3) 16 patients use sedatives and analgesics.ConclusionsThe safe and effective anesthesia requires suffice evaluation preoperation; It is important to prevent and cure the stress of patients,fluctuation of circulation,the respiratory depression of sedative and the complication after operation.
