Analysis On Effect Of Periocline With Initial Therapy Of Periodontal Diseases On Periodontitis Pocket Probing Index

PurposeTo evaluate the clinical effect of Periocline with initial therapy of periodontal diseases on periodontitis.MethodsCollection of clinical cases of adult chronic periodontitis. After periodontal therapy, compliant cases were devided into experimental group and control group randomly. The experimental group with topical Periocline and the control group without medication.In the baseline,1 week,2 weeks and 6 weeks observed the changes of clinical sign, record sulcus bleeding index (SBI), bleeding on probing (BOP), probing depth (PD) and attachment level (AL). The two groups were tested.ResultsBaseline of the experimental group and control group showed no difference (P> 0.05), between the two groups were comparable. Experimental group was compared with the control group at various time clinical indicators improved significantly, and the significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Clinical analysis also demonstrated the superiority of the experimental group.ConclusionOn the basis of periodontal initial therapy, applied Periocline Ointment, treatment of adult chronic periodontitis can get a good treatment effect.Periocline not only can inhibit the growth and reproduction of disease-causing microorganisms,but also can promote tissue healing.And have a long-term effect. Overall,Periocline is an effective,safe and convenient slow-release preparation for treating periodontitis locally.
