The patients in group E were administrated with 16mg lornoxicam before skin incision. The side effects and the scale of VAS at 4,6,8,12,24 hours after the operation were recorded.ResultsThe group E has best record of VAS(P<0.01).The scale of VAS in group E is lower than that in group B or C, while C is better than B. The side effect of group D is obviously serious, while the other groups are betterConclusionThe preemptive analgesia of Lornoxicam in the patients undergoing the vaginal hysterectomy can produce favorably analgetic effect. The side effects are few, and it is safe and reliable.
